Terms of sale and use

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Payment is captured immediately for the full order amount, but an order may still be declined or refunded if a product is unavailable, restricted, affected by a material pricing error, or cannot legally or safely be fulfilled. A product is not reserved until the order is accepted.

Catalog, pricing, and availability

We work to keep descriptions, compatibility, images, prices, and availability accurate. Manufacturer specifications, promotions, market prices, and inventory can change. We may correct a material error before fulfillment and will contact the customer if the correction affects an accepted order.

Unavailable products may offer a waitlist or contact request. Joining a waitlist does not reserve inventory or guarantee a price or delivery date.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping, local pickup, signature, return, restocking, cancellation, and special-order rules are incorporated from our Shipping & returns policy. Product-specific restrictions shown before payment also apply.

Taxes and exemptions

Applicable taxes and governmental charges are added based on the transaction and delivery information. Tax-exempt and government purchases require valid documentation and staff approval before an exemption is applied.

Government sales

Government quotations, purchase orders, contract references, delivery terms, and Net-30 eligibility are governed by the written quote and approved account terms. A request for quote is not an accepted order.

Accounts and communications

Customers are responsible for accurate information and for protecting account credentials. Transactional email is used for account, order, quote, and service updates. Text messages are sent only to numbers with the required consent; message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer or pricing data, automate abusive requests, or use the site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Product warranties and service

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided under the manufacturer’s terms. Unless a written Camera Shop warranty states otherwise, manufacturer repair coordination does not create an additional warranty or guarantee a particular repair outcome or completion date. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and severability

The terms shown when an order or account action is completed govern that action. We will post changes with a new effective date and version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
